1. Booking and Payment

1.1 Reservations

- All safari bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

- Reservations are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

- A valid form of identification is required at the time of booking.

- Minimum age requirements apply for certain activities.


1.2 Payment Terms

- Full payment is required to confirm booking.

- Accepted payment methods: credit cards, cash, or approved wire transfers.

- All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.

- Prices include local taxes and fees.


1.3 Cancellation Policy

- Full refund for cancellations made 48 hours or more before scheduled tour.

- 50% refund for cancellations made 24-48 hours before scheduled tour.

- No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled tour.

- Force majeure cancellations will be fully refunded or rescheduled.


2. Safety and Conduct


2.1 Safety Requirements

- Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by guides.

- Proper attire is required (closed-toe shoes, appropriate clothing).

- Life jackets must be worn during water activities.

- Participants must sign a liability waiver before tour commencement.


2.2 Health Considerations

- Participants must disclose any relevant medical conditions.

- Pregnant women and persons with certain health conditions may be restricted from participating.

- The company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed unfit for the activity.


2.3 Behavioral Guidelines

- No alcohol consumption before or during the safari.

- No smoking during the tour except in designated areas.

- Respect for wildlife, environment, and other participants is mandatory.

- Disruptive behavior may result in immediate tour termination without refund.


3. Tour Operations


3.1 Schedule and Duration

- Tours operate according to published schedules.

- Arrival 30 minutes before departure is required.

- Maximum tour duration is specified per package.

- Tours may be modified due to weather or safety conditions.


3.2 Transportation

- Pickup and drop-off included from designated hotel zones.

- Vehicle capacity and minimum participants apply.

- Alternative transportation arrangements must be pre-approved.


3.3 Equipment and Facilities

- All necessary equipment is provided by the company.

- Equipment damage due to misuse will be charged to the participant.

- Personal belongings are the responsibility of participants.


4. Photography and Media


4.1 Company Photography

- The company may photograph or film tours for promotional purposes.

- Participants grant permission for use of their image in marketing materials.

- Opt-out requests must be made in writing before tour commencement.


4.2 Personal Photography

- Personal photography is permitted for non-commercial use.

- Drone usage requires prior written permission.

- Photography must not interfere with tour operations.


5. Liability and Insurance


5.1 Company Liability

- The company maintains appropriate insurance coverage.

- Liability is limited to the extent permitted by Dominican Republic law.

- The company is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.


5.2 Participant Insurance

- Personal travel insurance is strongly recommended.

- Medical insurance coverage is the responsibility of participants.

- Adventure activity coverage should be verified by participants.


6. Special Conditions


6.1 Weather and Natural Conditions

- Tours may be modified or cancelled due to adverse weather.

- No guarantee of specific wildlife sightings.

- Alternative activities may be offered in case of route changes.


6.2 Group Requirements

- Minimum and maximum group sizes apply.

- Private tours available with additional fees.

- Group discounts available for qualifying bookings.


7. Complaints and Dispute Resolution


7.1 Complaint Procedure

- Complaints must be reported immediately to tour guides.

- Written complaints accepted within 7 days of tour completion.

- Resolution will be provided within 14 business days.


7.2 Dispute Resolution

- Disputes governed by Dominican Republic law.

- Mediation required before legal proceedings.

- Venue for legal proceedings in Punta Cana.


8. Modifications to Terms


- Company reserves the right to modify these terms.

- Changes will be communicated through official channels.

- Existing bookings honored under terms at time of purchase.
